Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Gujrat. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets, and manage project timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design recommendations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution
- Review project drawings and plans for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for projects
- Ensure that all projects meet safety standards and building codes
- Prepare reports on project progress for clients and stakeholders
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods, and design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals

Salary: $1100 monthly salary (negotiable based on experience)

Benefits: This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Gujrati candidates.

Location: This position is based in Gujrat but candidates from other locations are welcome to apply.
