Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for our projects. Your main role will be to lead and manage a team of architects, ensuring that their work is of the highest quality and meets all project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the design process for all projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to budget constraints
- Review and approve all architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that architectural designs align with structural, electrical, and mechanical plans
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress throughout the design process
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve our architectural designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

This position is based in Gujrat.
