Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Prepare construction documents and drawings
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities and backgrounds.
