Architectural Designer



We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our clients to develop and design innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the project
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of the project
- Research and implement sustainable design practices in all projects
- Prepare presentations and present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure accurate execution of design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant tools (SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Kaunas

Preference: Indians living in Kaunas or willing to relocate.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
