Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional building designs. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals
- Develop preliminary sketches and 3D models of building designs
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local regulations and building codes
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and local building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas, Lithuania (remote work options available)

Preference will be given to candidates who are African or Egyptian nationals. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required for employment.
