Sales Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive sales and achieve company targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed their individual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential customers.
- Create effective sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid driver's license.

Salary:
1100$ per month (tax-free) + commission based on performance.

Contract job:
This is a full-time contract position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. The initial contract will be for 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
