Sales Manager (Moscow, Russia)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate pricing with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of products or services to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in Russian (knowledge of English is an advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
