We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include assessing site suitability, mounting panels, connecting wiring, and performing quality control checks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the solar industry and be physically fit to perform manual labor. This role also requires strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients. Salary: $1400 per month

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Assess site suitability for solar panel installation
- Mount panels on roofs or ground-based structures
- Connect wiring from panels to inverters and other electrical components
- Perform quality control checks on installed systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Adhere to safety standards at all times while working on job sites

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in solar installation is a plus.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required as needed.
