Senior Architect in Chelyabinsk, India


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a strong background in commercial and residential projects. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during construction phase
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial and residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
