We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ufa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and its features using specialized equipment. Your main goal will be to determine property boundaries, create maps, and provide accurate data for construction or development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and create detailed maps
- Prepare reports and drawings of survey findings
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to gather information and coordinate survey activities
- Perform field calculations to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards
- Keep accurate records of surveys and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, tools, and software
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to interpret technical information for non-professionals
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid land surveyor license preferred
