Rental Company Manager

Our rental company in Malindi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. As the Rental Company Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of rental agents, maintaining our fleet of vehicles, and ensuring exceptional customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of rental agents and ensure their productivity and performance meets company standards
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in excellent condition for customers
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage vehicle reservations and allocations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to promote our rental services and increase profits
- Monitor financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability targets are met
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the rental or automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
