Office Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Monitor and maintain office budget, including tracking expenses and reconciling invoices
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, providing necessary training materials, and managing necessary paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate any issues to appropriate resources
- Plan company events such as team building activities or company outings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
