Gardening Assistant


As a Gardening Assistant in Faro, you will work with our team to maintain and beautify various gardens throughout the city. You will be responsible for tasks such as planting, weeding, trimming, and watering plants, as well as other general gardening duties. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of maintaining gardens including planting, weeding, pruning, watering, and fertilizing
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Help with the design and layout of new gardens or flower beds
- Ensure that all garden areas are clean and well-maintained at all times
- Report any plant diseases or pests to the team lead for proper treatment
- Assist with special projects or events that require gardening support

Requirements:
- Must have a passion for gardening and outdoor work
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one before starting work
