Loader Operator
Location: Faro, Portugal


A local construction company in Faro is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment to move materials, load and unload trucks, and assist with various construction tasks.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders
- Valid operator's license for loaders
- Ability to read and understand job site plans and instructions
- Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance and safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety protocols
- Load and unload materials from trucks using the loader
- Move materials around job site as directed by supervisor or project manager
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader as needed
- Follow job site plans and instructions provided by supervisor or project manager
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations on the job site

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month, with the potential for overtime pay. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
