Concrete Worker/Construction Laborer



We are seeking hardworking and experienced Concrete Workers to join our construction team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of concrete structures on various construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete on construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools to assist with concrete installation
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding as needed
- Perform general labor duties such as cleaning and preparing work areas
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Concrete Worker or in a similar construction labor role
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills
- Nepali or foreign nationalities are welcome to apply, but must have a valid work visa for Lithuania
