Metal Fabricator

We are a metal fabrication company located in Los Angeles and we are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating metal parts, components, and structures according to specifications using various tools and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation can be provided for foreign workers if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal using measuring tools such as rulers and calipers
- Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal pieces using various tools including saws, grinders, drills, and welding equipment
- Assemble metal parts together to create finished products or structures
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Operate machinery such as shears, press brakes, and roll formers to cut or shape metal pieces
- Maintain work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or relevant field preferred
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to operate various hand tools including saws, grinders, drills
- Skilled in welding techniques such as MIG,TIG,and ARC
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
