We are hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept development to final construction
- Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information
to clients and team members
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
and motivate team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
Our company offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position. Additionally, we provide visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as equal opportunities for men and women.
