We are a leading renewable energy company in Ufa, Russia and we are seeking a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panels and assess potential shading or obstructions
- Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other necessary equipment according to design specifications
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure proper functionality
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation project
- Provide regular maintenance and repairs for existing solar panel systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar panel installation
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to read blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, with potential for growth within the company.

Additional Information:
