Job Title: IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in information technology, as well as excellent managerial and communication skills. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. They will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation and development of our company's technological capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software
- Manage the network infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and secure data transmission
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technological advancements and make recommendations for their integration into company systems
- Manage budgets for technology-related expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to determine technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, including hardware, software, networking, security, etc.
- Excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost management principles
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Biometric passport required due to contract nature of job

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore (Pakistan)
