Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team in Ufa. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications and identifying any defects or bugs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
- Identify and report any defects or bugs
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets customer expectations
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Bugzilla
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
