Florist

We are a busy floral shop in Ashdod seeking an experienced and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and events. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to client requests and preferences
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers and ensure they are properly cared for
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect arrangements for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to design and execute large-scale events and weddings
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floristry and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a florist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and ability to design unique arrangements based on client requests
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
