Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, databases, security systems, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff members
- Proven track record of successful project management within budget constraints
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure
