Contract Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Khanpur. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including budget allocation and resource allocation.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in plans.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in Pakistan.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The contract duration will depend on the specific project timeline.
