Data Analytics Specialist
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients. You will use advanced statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends, as well as create predictive models. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and utilizing various tools and technologies to gather and analyze data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is required
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing large datasets from various sources using advanced statistical methods
- Identifying patterns and trends within the data to provide valuable insights
- Creating predictive models using machine learning algorithms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development etc.
- Communicating findings through visualizations, reports or presentations
- Developing strategies for improving data collection processes
- Ensuring accuracy of data through regular quality checks
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
- Effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience working with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
