UX Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our digital products and services. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and designers
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into design iterations
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions
- Analyze data and insights to inform design decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
- Experience with conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
