Land Surveyor

We are a leading construction company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data to determine property boundaries and create accurate maps for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect and analyze data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Prepare maps, charts, and reports based on survey data
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Provide advice on property boundaries and potential issues with construction plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of surveying methods, equipment, and tools
- Familiarity with CAD software for mapping purposes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Degree in Surveying or similar field is preferred

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nairobi (Kenyan nationals preferred)
