We are a prestigious flower shop in Sofia, Bulgaria seeking an experienced and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers and other supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering suggestions
- Manage daily tasks such as processing orders, arranging deliveries, and maintaining the shop's appearance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of orders and meet customer expectations
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design and attend workshops or classes to enhance skills

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Florist or similar role
- Creative flair with excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order processing
- Must be detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques is preferred
