Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Chelyabinsk. Our company specializes in building residential and commercial properties and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Create budgets and monitor project costs
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
