Entry-Level Software Tester

As an Entry-Level Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify and report bugs, design test cases, and execute test plans. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases
- Conduct regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not introduce new issues
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of bugs and provide detailed bug reports
- Work closely with project managers to prioritize and plan testing activities
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality meets testing standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g. black box, white box, exploratory)
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Location: This position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan but is open to candidates from other nationalities or locations who are willing to relocate.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at 1700$ per month.
