Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and visually appealing floral arrangements
- Selecting the appropriate flowers, greenery, and decorations for each arrangement
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Sourcing and purchasing necessary materials and supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Keeping up with current trends in floral design
- Providing excellent customer service by delivering timely and accurate orders
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and other materials used in floral design
- Creativity and artistic skills to create unique designs
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail to ensure the quality of each arrangement
- Proficiency in using tools such as scissors, wire cutters, etc.

Salary:
1300$ per month on a contract basis.
