Indian Merchandiser in Lom, Contract Job with Accommodation and Visa


We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Lom. In this contract role, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling of products for our company. As an English-speaking merchandiser, you will be required to communicate with various suppliers and clients, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Identify new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing for our products
- Monitor inventory levels and make decisions on when to order new stock
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional plans for products
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions
- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with logistics team
- Keep track of product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product development processes
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of French is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Lom, Togo for the duration of the contract
