Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee the kitchen operations in our busy restaurant in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menu items and maintain high standards for current menu offerings
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed
- Ensure all food safety regulations are met and maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines set by management
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a busy restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from an accredited institution preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for sanitation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Proven track record of effectively managing budgets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur. Candidates must be eligible to work in Khanpur.
