As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Advanced knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and culinary trends
- Creativity in menu planning with the ability to balance traditional dishes with modern twists
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health codes, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
