Indian Painter in Shan

We are seeking a skilled Indian Painter to join our team in Shan. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces to enhance their appearance and protect them from damage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding them before painting
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Ensure proper ventilation when working with paint fumes
- Use ladders or scaffolding to reach high areas
- Repair any cracks or holes in walls before painting
- Follow safety procedures when handling paint and tools
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Proficient in mixing and matching paints for desired colors
- Familiarity with different painting techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments
