Concierge Assistant in Mauren
We are searching for a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Mauren. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling mail
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; hospitality degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with local area attractions and services preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
