Indian Concierge in Mauren

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Mauren. As the first point of contact for guests, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills to assist guests with their needs and requests. This is an urgent position that requires no previous experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of daily events and promotions happening at the hotel
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-stress situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is not required but considered an asset

Salary: 1700$ per month
