Restaurant Manager - Al Buraymi, Canada



As a Restaurant Manager in our busy and thriving establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient service, and profitability. With your strong leadership skills and experience in the food industry, you will motivate and train a team of servers, cooks, and other staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and sanitation
- Schedule shifts for front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Train new hires on restaurant policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Create employee schedules that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales figures and create strategies to increase revenue and decrease costs
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items or improve existing ones based on customer feedback
- Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing training

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and staff members
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The salary offered is $1400 per month. The successful candidate must have their own biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.
