Commercial Architect


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review and approve material choices and finishes for the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
