Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Knowledge of various body repair techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret vehicle repair manuals
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy parts or standing for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Assess damage on vehicles and determine appropriate repairs needed
- Remove dents using specialized tools
- Replace damaged parts such as fenders or doors
- Apply paint using spray guns or brushes
- Sand surfaces, prime areas, and apply finishing coats
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate repair estimates
- Order necessary parts for repairs
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Keep track of inventory and maintain a clean work area
