Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Utena. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create and manage project budgets
- Select and oversee contractors and subcontractors
- Review architectural plans and provide input on design changes
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and government officials
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read architectural plans and blueprints
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are fluent in English. Part-time positions may also be available depending on project needs. Experience is preferred but we are open to hiring freshers who are eager to learn.
