Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Utena. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to sourcing materials and supervising labor. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out according to legal regulations and safety standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively communicate with different teams and stakeholders. You must also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$. While prior experience in construction management is preferred, we welcome candidates without experience who are willing to learn on the job. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Utena.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of legal regulations and safety standards related to construction
- Valid work visa for Utena (must have own visa)
