Waiter/Waitress



We are looking for a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Eldoret. This is a temporary position that requires excellent English speaking skills and previous experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate should also be able to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude towards customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present them with menus
- Take orders and answer any questions regarding the menu
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, utensils, and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
