Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them prior to application of plaster
-Mix plaster ingredients in the correct proportions based on the surface being worked on
-Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, brushes or spray guns
-Smooth out uneven areas and fill in gaps or cracks with additional layers of plaster
-Create decorative patterns or textures using specialized tools
-Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
-Ensure quality workmanship by inspecting finished work for imperfections and making necessary repairs

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Plasterer is required
-Knowledge of different types of plaster and their properties
-Ability to read blueprints or instructions for specific project requirements
-Good physical fitness and dexterity as this job involves standing for long periods of time while working with tools overhead
-Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for creating smooth finishes
-Good time management skills to complete projects within given deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
-Diploma or certification in Plastering from an accredited institution would be an asset
-Familiarity with construction industry safety standards
-Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
