Restaurant Manager - Gujrat, India



We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Gujrat, India. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by coaching and motivating employees to provide exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials that align with customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage.

Salary:
