Merchandiser (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Ensure all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies
- Participate in product development meetings to provide insights on customer preferences
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing for new products
- Train and supervise junior merchandising staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
