A fast-growing retail company in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, driving sales and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing and stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase new products and promotions
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for product assortment based on customer demand
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and brand guidelines
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels
- Negotiate with store managers for prime shelf space and promotional opportunities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of current market trends in the retail industry
