Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Radio Technician to join our team in Almada. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Your duties will include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, and providing technical support to clients. This is a contract position without accommodation, but we do offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with radio equipment
- Provide technical support to clients via phone or on-site visits
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations for radio equipment installation and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects or repairs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with various types of radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, etc.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for radio equipment installation and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members
- Physically able to climb ladders and work at heights if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This job is located in Almada, Portugal. While we prefer local candidates, we do offer visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.
