Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our accounting team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
- Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
- Communicating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (or other spreadsheet software)
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
