Online Consultant - English Speaker


We are currently hiring an Online Consultant who is fluent in English to join our team in Herzliya. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This is a contract position with the possibility of visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot any issues or concerns raised by clients and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1300 USD per month.

Location:
This role is based in Herzliya, Israel. However, we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are eligible for visa sponsorship.
