QA Engineer

We are hiring a QA Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. We welcome Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have a valid biometric passport. No prior experience is required, as we provide training for all employees. Accommodation will also be provided for those who need it.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality
- Identify and report bugs and issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product functionality
- Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on potential risks and issues
- Document test results and communicate findings to the development team
- Continuously improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of software development processes and QA methodologies
- Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications is a plus
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to work independently
